The newly constructed building as well as the restorated former slaughterhouse hotel will receive the individual name "BÖRSE DRESDEN" as a part of the exhibition centre MESSE DRESDEN.
The building - which is currently being used as party location called Röschenhof - shall remind with the new name of its original usage 100 years ago.
By completing this construction project MESSE DRESDEN will be able to satisfy demands for congresses up to a dimension of 10,000 participants. Therefore large national as well as international congresses and conventions can take place prospectively.
The first part of the construction project was already completed in August 2009.
